What is Book a Spray?
Quoting and booking software for drone spot-spraying contractors in Australia. You share one link. Landholders mark their block on a satellite map, pick the weeds and the kind of country, and send it. You get an email and a dashboard entry, send a price from your phone, and book the job once they accept.
How do landholders send me a quote request?
Through your own link, which you can text, email or post on Facebook, or a button on your own website added with one line of code. They draw the area on a satellite map, so you see the block and its size in hectares before you price it.
How is the price worked out?
You set a per-hectare rate for open paddock, scattered timber and steep or heavy timber, plus a minimum call-out. Each request arrives with the sum done from your rates, in AUD including GST. You always choose the final price you send.
Does it check the weather for spraying?
Yes. Each booking shows the forecast at the block for the hours you will be flying, with wind, gusts, rain and Delta T, and a plain call on whether it looks like good spraying weather.
Does it keep spray records?
Yes. The spray record fills in from the job: products, APVMA numbers, rates, amounts and the weather while you sprayed. Sign it on site, then print it or save it as a PDF for your files and the landholder.
Do I need a particular drone?
